Check-in and Check-out
- Apartments are available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 10:00 AM.
Baby Cot and High Chair
- Upon request, we prepare these for our youngest guests free of charge.
Wi-Fi
- Free Wi-Fi throughout the house and garden area.
Tourist Tax
- Guests aged 14 and over are required to pay a local tax of €2.10 per person per day.
Additional Guests / Pets
- Children up to 2 years: free of charge.
- Children aged 2–6 years: €15 per night.
- Children aged 6–14 years: €20 per night.
- Additional guests aged 14 and over: €30 per night.
- Pets: Only allowed upon request. A fee of €10 per day is charged (excluding food).
- Surcharge for stays under 3 nights: +10%.
- Surcharge for a single-night stay: +20%.
Final Cleaning
- We charge €40 for the final cleaning of the apartments.
- Intermediate cleaning upon request: €15.
- Towel exchange upon request: €5.
Bedding / Towels / Washing Machine
- Bed linen, hand towels, and dish towels are provided. The final cleaning is not included in the stay price.
- Towels are exchanged weekly upon request.
- Washing machine, dryer, and iron can be used for a fee.
Baby Cot and High Chair
- Upon request, we provide a baby cot and high chair free of charge for our youngest guests.
Smoking / Non-smoking
- Smoking is prohibited in our apartments. Please use the balcony.

- Bathroom: Bath/shower, WC, hairdryer.
- Spacious south-facing balcony or loggia with garden and pool view.
Two-room Apartments "Classic"
- Approx. 42 m², on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
- Cozy furnishings: Box spring beds, flat-screen SAT-TV, vinyl or carpet flooring.
- Kitchenette: 2 burners, fridge, coffee machine, dishes, dish towels, dish soap.
- Bathroom: Bath/shower, WC, hairdryer.
- South-facing balcony or loggia with garden and pool view.
Three-room Apartment "Family"
- Approx. 46 m², on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
- Cozy furnishings: Double bed, flat-screen SAT-TV, vinyl or carpet flooring.
- Kitchenette: 4 burners, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, dishes, dish towels, dish soap.
- Bathroom: Bath/shower, WC, hairdryer.
- South-facing balcony with garden view (street side).
One-room Apartment "Classic"
- Approx. 30 m², on the 2nd floor (no elevator).
- Cozy furnishings: Box spring bed, flat-screen SAT-TV, vinyl flooring.
- Kitchenette: 2 burners, fridge, coffee machine, dishes, dish towels, dish soap.
- Bathroom: Bath/shower, WC, hairdryer.

South Tyrol Mobility Card
Free use of public transport in South Tyrol:
- Regional trains up to Trento.
- Local buses (city, intercity, and shuttle buses).
- Public cable cars (e.g., Vöran, Mölten, Ritten).
- Ritten tram, Mendel funicular, Postbus Switzerland (Mals-Müstair).
Cancellation Policy
- Booking confirmation: 30% deposit.
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: Refund minus €50 processing fee.
- Cancellations up to 2 weeks before arrival: 60% of the total price.
- Cancellations less than 2 weeks before arrival or early departure: 100% of the total price.
- We recommend taking out travel insurance: Purchase travel insurance.
